One teaching aid is included (“Collapsible Pad”) . Perfect for fitness centers. This is only one step before learning the wrist secrets. One time payment and no binding contract. Easy upgrade for the next level:
- Tennis Instructor certification course (B&F) – after learning the previous program, we add the wrist secrets knowledge where you will know how to recognize and correct mistakes while hitting still balls. On this level also neither instructor nor pupils need to have tennis experience what makes it very convenient for use in aerobic / fitness classes. An example would be popular THAI BO program, just that learning high quality technique of forehand and backhand (or correcting it) usually, as we all know, cost a lot of time and money. Not only that, this is perfect solution for winter period where you don’t need standard tennis court but only simple standard aerobic hall – “tennis&fitness classroom”. (as shown on video – the ending part with rackets and balls). Intermediate and beginner levels.
This certification is with obligatory franchised contract. Beside classic, standard spin kind of strokes – you will also KNOW both slices – backhand and forehand (B&F). My teaching tolls for wrists are included (website, know how support, references etc). Price 2900 eu plus yearly franchised percentage.
- Tennis Instructor/coach certification course – all tennis elements are under PTR methodology but with – my “tune up additive exercises” . Course duration depends on your currant level. You can attend this course only if you are on advanced, competition level 5. If you are not – I will prepare you. You can be “older” club player or veteran – no problem if you have been playing for more years. Send your video and I will answer you what course you can apply for.
